We provide a Drosophila injection service for the fly community. We offer injections into a number of commonly used attP target strains. Additionally, we do P-element, RMCE and CRISPR injections.
CRISPR Full Service
We also offer a CRISPR Full Service. We can take care of all the steps in a CRISPR workflow – design, target site validation, gRNA selection, cloning, injection and screening.
CRISPR is an elegant technology, but it is not as easy to use as it may appear at first glance. The workflow consists of several steps, and especially CRISPR design and selection of gRNAs often turn out to be very critical for the success – or failure – of an experiment. Further, CRISPR technology moves quickly and therefore it is important to be up-to-date in order to select optimal tools and strategies.
